Great Events. From yoga to breakfast and movie nights. Food and or drinks at the majority of events as well as raffles and prizes here and there. Gotta love the fact the private gyms are pretty good deal too since i hate crowded gyms. The smaller ones at the other two towers make up for the big one personally because it seems like ita always a perfect alternative when i cant do my thing at the main gym.

The rooms themselves aren't that great and the lease is intentionally vague no matter how well you clean the room before you leave they charge a unreasonable cleaning fee and charge a months rent upon leaving and send sketchy debt collectors after you if you try to argue with them. Have fun getting your unreasonable charges back in small increments!

GET EVERYTHING IN WRITING. Charged my Navy son an extra $1700 in AUGUST AFTER his move-out date of 06/11/2023. Won't return calls and refused to let him turn the keys in. We are filing a police report. SHADY BUSINESS

BEST EXPERIENCE YET! PB has officially set my standards for good living. I appreciate PB staff for the culture and community they have created for the residents. The events are amazing, the staff are professional and caring, and my apartment was just right for me! Thank you Pacific Beacon!

Terrible experience. Read your lease before signing anything. They don’t care if they have proof of anything before giving you a lease violation. This place claims to care about the military members and making living better for E-4’s but they only care about robbing you for your money. They will charge you for carpet cleaning if you get a room with carpet and it isn’t dirty at all. This place is terrible. If I could give zero stars I would. They claimed that myself or one of my guests were smoking on the balcony but gave no proof of it. And they will charge $200 if they “feel” your room needs an ozonator. I’m sure they will charge even if it doesn’t. If you can avoid ever moving in here do it. You’ll save more money in the end.

I really do wish the default air conditioning was cooler. But the hospitality, food and convenience is at an all time high. This service is far better to sailors than anything i dealt with in norfolk.

The buildings are great! The events they have are fun. There is a full size kitchen with full size appliances. The closets are huge in the bedroom, and there is a bathtub and shower all to yourself in your bedroom.

The pacific beacon is literally the best place I’ve ever lived. It has every amenity I’ve needed such as a clean spacious gym, friendly staff, clean rooms and the events are amazing. I recommended anyone to live here 10 out of 10 stars!
